Voice & drafts
Reply drafts written the way you write, waiting in your Drafts folder.
Set up your voice
- Pick 3 to 15 emails you've sent from the list of your recent sent mail.
- ActiValet writes a short description of how you write. It doesn't copy names, figures or details.
- Edit the description if you like, then approve it.
- Turn drafting on.
Only you can do this; your admin can't. Editing the description pauses drafting until you approve it again. Drafts are written only once your mailbox is live, not during Preview.
Which mail gets a draft
- Mail from the last 24 hours that expects your reply: from a VIP, in one of your conversations, or that the AI judged needs an answer.
- Never automated mail such as no-reply or notification senders.
- At most 5 drafts each time ActiValet checks your Inbox, and 25 a day.
Using a draft
Drafts appear in your Outlook Drafts folder, tagged AI Draft, as a reply with the earlier message below. Anything ActiValet doesn't know is left in square brackets, such as [price], for you to fill in. Edit it and send it yourself, or ignore it. ActiValet never sends it.
