Review

• The message: when it arrived, its subject and sender.
• The suggestion: file it into a folder, or keep it in the Inbox.
• Why, in a sentence, and who decided: a rule or the AI, with its confidence.
• Whether a rule already covers this sender.

Mail kept because of a VIP, a security notice or one of your conversations says so; a rule won't move it.

1. On a suggestion you agree with, choose Always do this.
2. Choose whether the rule covers this address only or anyone at its domain.
3. Choose what to do (move, copy, or move and mark read) and the folder.
4. Check the recent messages the rule would have caught, then save.

ActiValet won't save a rule for a VIP, for your own company's domain, or that repeats an existing rule.

Even in live, the AI's own suggestions aren't carried out. They wait here until you make a rule. That way, nothing is filed automatically unless you've agreed to it.
